We are committed to designing, delivering, and supporting end-to-end solutions that drive growth and efficiency.About the RoleCollaborate with team members to deliver advanced NetSuite solutions that align with clients' business processes and IT needs, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of customized NetSuite solutions, including complex workflows, scripts, and integrations.Develop and implement connectivity solutions using APIs and iPaaS tools like Celigo and Workato to integrate systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or Shopify.Provide technical expertise in programming and gain exposure to accounting, financial consolidation, CRM, and other key business processes.Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes, configurations, and customizations to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.Mentor and support team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.Identify upsell opportunities and expand project scopes where possible, contributing to revenue growth.Contribute to internal improvements with innovative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit, actively participating in our growth and success.Embrace continuous learning to expand your knowledge, tackle complex tasks, and lead diverse projects.Why joining Novutech?Be part of a fast-growing company with a startup spirit, and enjoy a friendly environment with tremendous colleagues and a hybrid work setup.Experience a place where you can grow, learn, and make a significant impact.Benefit from a good work-life balance, fostering both personal and professional well-being.Enjoy international exposure by collaborating closely with colleagues across our global offices, enriching your professional experience and broadening your cultural understanding.Job requirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
