Job DescriptionNordson, a global leader in precision technology, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Process Analyst II (m/f/d) to join our team in Erkrath, Germany. Summary of the RoleJoin our team as the primary business-focused owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our Munster facility. In this pivotal role, you will drive process improvements, support end users, and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and our external partner, Hitachi. You will manage day-to-day operations, prioritize enhancements, and ensure the D365 environment supports our strategic goals. This position offers autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on business efficiency and growth. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about optimizing business processes, we invite you to apply.Role and ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for D365 issues and requests at the Muenster facilityManage and prioritize the ServiceNow ticket queue in collaboration with HitachiLiaise with Hitachi to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of enhancementsAssess and improve business processes related to operations, shipping, and financeOversee and document system changes in line with governance processesSupport users with D365 transactions and troubleshoot process challengesReview and address backlog items, bugs, and enhancement requests in Azure DevOpsLead or support projects and initiatives to drive business efficiencyFacilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, and external partnersMaintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal proceduresSkills and QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (minimum 3 years)Strong organizational and independent work skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience in business analysis and process improvementAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyMicrosoft certificationFamiliarity with ServiceNow and Plan ViewTechnical/development experience with D365 configurationProject and time management skillsAbility to simplify and communicate complex technical informationTravel 20-30% domestic travel with forcus on Muenster facilityAbout Nordson At Nordson, we understand that diversity and inclusion are vital to our success, and we are committed to creating a culture of belonging for all employees.
