Warehouse Shift Leader

Als Schichtleiter Lager sind Sie das Steuerrad des Betriebs und verantwortlich für das Tagesgeschäft in der Logistik. Sie managen, leiten und koordinieren die Aktivitäten von Teamleitern und Lagermitarbeitern (Zeitarbeitskräfte und Vollzeitbeschäftigte) bei der Bearbeitung von Sendungen, Beständen, Bestellungen, Verkaufsaufträgen und allen Anforderungen des Unternehmens. Sie sind verantwortlich für wichtige und unmittelbare Entscheidungen im Lager, die für den Betrieb erforderlich sind, sowie für Probleme vor Ort, für die es sofortige Lösungen gibt. Sie motivieren, schulen, entwickeln und leiten das Team und halten den Betriebsleiter auf dem Laufenden. You will be Managing, leading, and coordinating activities of Team Leaders and front-line warehouse staff (Temp and FTE) in processing shipments, inventory, purchase orders, Sales orders, and all needs of the business. You will be responsible for important and immediate shopfloor decisions required for the operations and issues at site with immediate solutions. You will be motivating, training, developing, and directing team efforts, keeping Operations Manager in the loop.
