Deine Aufgaben Als Software QA Tester (w|m|d) erarbeitest du mit anderen Entwickler:innen effektive Teststrategien und -pläne. Dabei führst du Testfälle aus (automatisiert sowie manuell) und analysierst deren Ergebnisse, bei Bedarf unterstützt du zudem bei der Fehlerbehebung von Bugs. Du dokumentierst Testergebnisse und Fehler mit anschließender Meldung an die Entwicklungsteams. In kleinen und großen, cross-funktionalen Teams mit motivierten und talentierten Menschen arbeitest sowohl an bereits existierenden als auch an neu zu entwickelnden Lösungen. Du bist regelmäßig im engen Austausch mit Entwickler:innen, Tester:innen, Designer:innen und Produktmanager:innen. Du gehst neue Wege und nutzt aktuelle und innovative Softwaretechnologien, Methoden und Werkzeuge ein.  Deine Skills Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software QA Tester (w|m|d) mit Liebe zum Detail sowie in der Durchführung und Anlage von manuellen und automatisierten Tests. In dem Zusammenhang hast du bereits mit verschiedenen Test-Frameworks und Tools gearbeitet wie z.B. Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Jira o.ä. und hast Interesse, deine Kenntnisse weiter zu vertiefen. Analytisches Denkvermögen mit Problemlösungskompetenz Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Fokus auf Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich. Du hast bereits agil in cross-funktionalen Teams gearbeitet, verstehst dich als Sparringspartner:in und teilst dein Wissen gern mit deinen Kolleg:innen. Du arbeitest teamorientiert und kannst deine Kolleg:innen nicht nur fachlich anleiten, sondern auch begeistern. Du hast bereits in kleineren und größeren Teams gearbeitet und Verantwortung übernommen. Du verstehst deine Arbeit als Teil einer ganzheitlichen Produktentwicklung von der Idee bis zum IT-Betrieb. #LI-Hybrid
