Im Rahmen unserer IT-Services und Transformation erbringen wir Leistungen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette Consult-Design-Build-Operate-Manage (CD-BOM). Schwerpunkte bilden unter anderem Projektmanagement sowie Unterstützung bei Applikations- und Rechenzentrumsbetrieb. Weitere Leistungsfelder und Kompetenzen sind die Ablösung von Legacy Applications oder der Umstieg auf 5G. Schwerpunktthemen wie ITSM/ServiceNow haben wir in Practices organisiert: Expertise verbindet sich mit Operational Excellence. Du kennst dich in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Java und JavaScript aus und verstehst, was Kunden wirklich brauchen? In dieser Rolle bist du technischer Ansprechpartner und Übersetzer in einem. Du sprichst mit unseren Kunden, verstehst ihre Anforderungen und setzt sie direkt in unserem ITSM-Tool um. Entwicklung und Anpassung von Services, Workflows und Schnittstellen auf Basis individueller Kundenanforderungen Implementierung von Backend-Funktionalitäten sowie Customizing im ITSM-Tool Anforderungsanalyse und Requirement Engineering Entwicklung und Optimierung von Bestellprozessen und Abfragen mit JavaScript Durchführung automatisierter und manueller Tests sowie Begleitung der Abnahme Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen Analyse und Behebung von Störungen Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden zur Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen   Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Java und JavaScript Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL Idealerweise Erfahrung mit ITIL, ITSM sowie agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence Kenntnisse im E-Commerce-Umfeld sind wünschenswert Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Remote-Modell mit gelegentlichen Abstimmungen vor Ort Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
