Job Description Mein Kunde, ein führender Telekommunikationsanbieter, sucht einen Programmmanager, der für den Rechenzentrums-Rollout für ein OpenRAN-Netzwerk in ganz Deutschland verantwortlich ist. Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten: Sie leiten alle End-to-End-Rollout-Aktivitäten des Rechenzentrums von der physischen Installation der Racks über Konfiguration, Integration und Inbetriebnahme bis hin zur Bereitstellung voll funktionsfähiger Rechenzentren. Sie fungieren als leitende Schnittstelle zu allen Partnern, die bei der Bereitstellung von Rechenzentren helfen, die meinem Kunden ein voll funktionsfähiges, vollständig virtualisiertes OpenRAN-Mobilfunknetz ermöglichen. Sie helfen dabei, das Programm pünktlich, innerhalb der angegebenen Projektrichtlinien und innerhalb des Budgets bereitzustellen. Sie fungieren als Eskalationsstelle für alle rolloutbezogenen Angelegenheiten und treffen sich bei Bedarf mit der C-Ebene, während Sie eine produktive Beziehung zu Anbietern und Systemintegratoren pflegen. Sie arbeiten mit der globalen Forschung und Entwicklung zusammen und liefern dem Programm neue marktführende Produkte, die die Netzwerkleistung verbessern und gleichzeitig das Produktportfolio fördern. Sie sind ein erfahrener Programmmanager mit hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und der Fähigkeit, mit Technikern zusammenzuarbeiten und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern technische Anforderungen zu erklären. Bei der Rolle handelt es sich um einen langfristigen freiberuflichen Auftrag mit Sitz im Büro meines Kunden in Düsseldorf. Deutschkenntnisse sind nicht unbedingt erforderlich, können aber von Vorteil sein. My client a leading telecoms operator is looking to recruit a Program Manager who will be responsible for Datacenter rollout for an OpenRAN network across Germany. Your role and responsibilities: You will lead all Datacenter end to end rollout activities from physical installation of the racks through configuration, integration and commissioning right through to delivering fully operational datacenters. Acting as the senior interface with all partners helping to deliver Datacenters that enable my client to have a fully functional OpenRAN fully virtualized mobile network. You will help to deliver the program on time, within the specified project guidelines and within budget. You will act as the escalation point for all rollout related matters, meeting with C level when required whilst managing a productive relationship with vendors and system integrators. You will work with global R\&D and deliver new market leading products to the program which improve network performance whilst promoting the product portfolio. You will be an experienced program manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technicians and explain technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders. The role is a long-term freelance assignment based in my client’s office in Dusseldorf. German language skills not essential but could be advantageous.
