**Your mission**:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Assistant in the Digital Women Program. Your focus area is **Digital Marketing Track**:Intro to Digital Marketing** and **Social Media Marketing** courses. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting course delivery, ensuring smooth coordination of lessons, and helping to create an engaging learning experience for students.

**Your tasks**:

- ** Update Course Materials**: Review and enhance materials for the _Intro to Digital Marketing_ and _Social Media Marketing_ courses, ensuring they remain up-to-date and relevant (see courses on the Website).
- ** Support Volunteer Teachers**: Act as a backup teacher if needed and provide assistance during lessons.
- ** Distribute Course Materials**: Ensure all teachers and students receive the necessary materials on time.
- ** Track Student Attendance and Homework**: Monitor attendance records and follow up on student assignments.
- ** Manage the Teaching Location**: Provide logístical support to ensure the teaching environment runs smoothly.

**Your profile**:

- ** Expertise in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing**: Strong understanding of the latest tools, platforms, and strategies.
- ** Language Skills**: Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- ** Schedule Flexibility**: Ability to work on Saturdays and select weekday evenings.
- ** Team Player with Proactivity**: A collaborative mindset and a hands-on, solution-driven approach.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Quick learner of digital tools such as Google Workspace, MS365, Asana, Slack.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Highly organized with strong administrative and process-management abilities.
- ** Project Experience**: Demonstrated experience working on projects with clear deliverables and deadlines.
- ** Social Sector Background**: Experience in gender equality initiatives, adult education, or the social sector is a significant advantage.
- ** Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication, with effective presentation abilities.
- ** Cultural Adaptability**: Comfortable working in multicultural and fast-changing environments.
