About our technology
The semiconductor industry's growing demand for more powerful chips with higher bandwidth and lower power finds its solution in our technology. The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of the site's electrical infrastructure, from 10 kV incoming power down to office and manufacturing distribution levels. The position oversees cabling, metering, motors, UPS systems, and panel boards, while supporting equipment and maintenance engineers with electrical expertise. A key focus is maintaining high system uptime, monitoring power quality, and ensuring strict compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
To join our team, you should be excited to
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the power distribution systems starting at 10kV incoming power to office and manufacturing power levels
- Ensure uptime and availability of all electrical systems for the site
- Oversees cabling system, metering circuits, motors, UPS
- Support equipment engineers and equipment maintenance Engineers regarding their electrical systems
- Operates and program panelboards for fab, facilities and office areas
- Establish and maintain safety policies, following all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs and compliance to regulations
- Knowledgeable in power monitoring and power quality requirements
Your Qualifications
Technical training or FH degree, plus certification as Elektrofachkraft with low- and medium-voltage switching authorization
Proven experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution systems from 10 kV down to facility and manufacturing levels
Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure, including cabling systems, metering circuits, motors, UPS, panelboards, and power-quality monitoring
Experience in semiconductor or chemical-plant environments, with solid understanding of safety regulations and EHSS compliance
Mandatory proficiency in German and English for documentation, communication, and coordination across teams
