StellenbeschreibungMit dem People & Culture Team im Head Office der Motel One Group in München betreuen wir alle Hotels in 13 Ländern in sämtlichen personalstrategischen Bereichen – von Employer Branding über Talentmanagement bis hin zur Organisationsentwicklung.Als Workday Specialist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Implementierungen unterstützen Sie den Ausbau unserer globalen HR-Systemlandschaft. Sie bringen Struktur in komplexe Anforderungen, arbeiten eng mit internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen und sorgen dafür, dass Workday-Prozesse sauber, compliant und nutzerfreundlich implementiert werden. Ihre Arbeit legt den Grundstein für effiziente, digitale HR-Abläufe in mehreren Ländern.Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:Sie unterstützen internationale Implementierungsprojekte, unter anderem im Bereich Absence, und übernehmen die Konfiguration, Testdurchführung und Dokumentation neuer Prozesse.Sie analysieren die Anforderungen der Länder und Fachbereiche, übersetzen diese in Workday-Konfiguration und stellen sicher, dass gesetzliche sowie interne Vorgaben eingehalten werden.Sie arbeiten eng mit dem People & Culture Team und externen Implementierungspartnern zusammen, koordinieren Abstimmungen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.Sie begleiten System-Rollouts, erstellen Trainingsunterlagen, führen Schulungen durch und unterstützen beim Go-Live neuer Funktionen.Sie entwickeln unsere Workday-Module weiter (Absence, HCM, Advanced Compensation), identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und setzen Verbesserungen in Abstimmung mit People & Culture um.Sie übernehmen Support- und Troubleshooting-Aufgaben, analysieren Fehlerquellen und erarbeiten nachhaltige Lösungen.Bei dieser Position handelt es sich um eine Teilzeitstelle mit 24-30 Wochenstunden, die remote ausgeführt werden kann.QualifikationenAbgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, HR oder eine vergleichbare QualifikationErfahrung mit Workday-Konfigurationen, idealerweise in Absence, HCM und / oder Advanced CompensationErfahrung in HR-Digitalisierungs- oder ImplementierungsprojektenAnalytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen verständlich aufzubereitenFreude an Projektarbeit, Prozessoptimierung und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen StakeholdernSehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Ausdrucksstärke in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und EnglischHohe Teamorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und Themen zuverlässig voranzutreiben
