Job DescriptionWe are currently searching for a new Healthcare Sales Consultant to oversee our healthcare business in Germany. From our headquarters in Heidelberg and your home office, you will have the freedom to use your creative sales approach to achieve targets, ensure profitability and grow the business.You will be responsible for sales activities and account management, and pursue ongoing business development. As Healthcare Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Mint Medical in Germany. Onboarding and training will take place at our headquarters in Heidelberg.This role is unique at Mint Medical in that it is exceptionally varied. One day you’ll be working with the team in a workshop to develop a new sales strategy, the next you’ll be at the hospital working together with the customer on the purchase of our latest innovative software solution. It’s always exciting, giving you the chance to explore and expand your own capabilities in this fast-paced field. On the day-to-day, you can expect to:Engage and build meaningful relationships with customers and key opinion leadersEmbody our company's vision and convey it to the marketEnsure ongoing network expansion and lead generationTravel to existing customer hospitals to expand the product portfolio at those sitesVisit new customers to onboard them, help them embrace our innovations and manage the account on the long-run to develop our businessDevelop a creative mid and long term strategy in alignment with Mint Medical corporate strategyGather accurate forecast and applicable data to perform budget planningGenerate and maintain a complete and consistent customer database for assigned territoryAttend national and international meetings and symposiaQualificationsWe’re looking for someone who balances self-sufficiency and drive with great interpersonal skills to really connect with our customers. Ideally, you should have:2 years working experience in sales (preferably software sales) and/or account managementExperience in a medical/engineering environment is considered as a plusA high level of enthusiasmWillingness to learnStrong organizational and negotiation skillsA deep sense of commitment and initiativeA personable, engaging demeanorMandatory fluency in German and English, additional languages are considered as a plusWillingness to travel within Germany and Europe (60%)Additional InformationA mutually-supportive, international teamMeaningful work with a lasting impact on medical technology30 vacation days, plus December 24th and December 31stFlexible working hours as well as hybrid work model within GermanyRegular team, and company eventsComprehensive training and continuing education opportunitiesReady to apply?
