Senior Retail Sales Manager

Your missionYou’ll lead the development and execution of our omnichannel retail strategy. Your primary focus will be securing product listings with major retail chains (drugstores, pharmacies, specialty wellness and organic retailers) across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — then scale into broader European markets. You'll also optimize and grow our presence on existing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Niche Beauty, Shopapotheke and Douglas.This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who’s commercially sharp, a strong relationship builder and thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESRetail Expansion & Account ManagementDevelop and own the retail channel expansion roadmap across DACH and other key European countries.• Identify, pitch, and close strategic retail partnerships (e.g., dm, Müller, Rossmann, BIPA, Coop, etc.).Manage retailer onboarding, contract negotiations, trade terms, and promotional planning.Build and nurture long-term relationships with retail buyers and category managers.Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with major retail partners.Online MarketplacesOversee strategy and growth on Amazon (Seller and/or Vendor Central), Douglas.de, and other relevant platforms.Optimize product listings, content, ratings & reviews, and advertising performance.Coordinate with our digital marketing and operations teams to manage supply, pricing, and conversion performance.Commercial & Cross-functional LeadershipOwn sales forecasting and work closely with operations to ensure optimal stock levels.Collaborate with product, brand, and customer experience teams to tailor go-to-market plans per channel.Monitor market trends, category dynamics, and competitor performance to shape sales strategies.Your profileYOU BRING5+ years experience in retail sales, key account management, or business development in the CPG/FMCG/wellness industry.Proven track record securing listings and managing major retail accounts in the DACH region.Strong experience with Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.Deep understanding of buyer cycles, sell-in and sell-out strategies, and category management.Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).High level of independence, entrepreneurial drive and hands-on mentality.Willingness to travel across Europe for trade shows, buyer meetings and in-store activities.Nice to HaveExperience working with beauty, wellness or supplement brands.Familiarity with Amazon Vendor CentralExperience scaling a brand from start-up to national/international retail presence.About usHER ONE empowers women through personalized wellness solutions, nurturing health and beauty at every life stage.
