People PartnerAs People Partner, you will play a key role within our People Team supporting our internal business and employees working across many areas of HR including onboarding, Learning & Development, Total Rewards and Employee Relations to name just a few.Please note, this is a fixed term contract until June 30th 2026.Your role:Define and implement the most effective support model for line managers and employeesEstablish and maintain trustworthy relationships with various different stakeholders within and outside of primary geographyOnboarding and Offboarding ProcessClose collaboration with German works council in all local HR topicsProvide guidance an compensation and benefits, supported by total rewards teamLearning & Development (providing trainings, set up training plans and help with facilitating trainings)Support performance management cases (PIP), Talent ReviewsSupport Ethics & Compliance investigations and Labour Relation in cooperation with HRD GermanyRepresent Aptiv in front of labour court with support of legal teamSupport of site management (ASA, organization of events, review Your Say at site level or similar)Contact person for internal and external partners (e.g. . Trade Supervisory Office)Facilitate audits by providing information about HR processes and implementing necessary corrections from findingsYour Background:Experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations positions or similar – at least 2 yearsUniversity Degree in Human Resources, Social Psychology or related fieldPractical knowledge of German Labour LawPractical experience in all phases in HR lifecyclePractical knowledge of general labour law related matters in different geographies and continents as well as cultural differencesAbility to build relationships and collaborate with various different stakeholders within and outside of primary geographyPatient listener showing empathy to all colleagues who bring feedback and a need to be listenedCreative approach to problem solvingExceptional Communication skills and ability to facilitate conflictStrong people and business focus, understanding company’s business model and directionSelf-starter with a continuous improvement mindsetFluency in English – C1 level in speech and writingAbility to deal with ambiguity in a dynamically changing environmentWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
