About The Role This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of enterprise risk management and strategic decision-making within a dynamic financial environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping the risk culture across Finance by ensuring that risk management practices are not only compliant but also add real business value. Key Responsibilities: Work with the risk instruments developed within the ERM framework (Risk and Control Self Assessment, Monitoring and Testing, Issue Management & Action Tracking, Change Risk Assessment, Strategic Risk Assessment, Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment, BCM, Integrity Risk Analysis)  Support 1st line Finance departments in performing risk assessments, by providing guidance, organize dedicated ERM workshops Support 1st line Finance in designing control measures for mitigating the risks above the risk appetite  Monitor and test the first line Finance control measures, and prepare reporting and presentations of the results for upper management  Prepare Risk related reports for InterCard to supervisory authorities. Update existing policies and work instructions for the reports handled with regard to new reporting requirements. Skills and Experience You'll Need  Master’s degree in business administration or completed commercial training in the banking sector. Proven experience in Enterprise Risk regulatory & reporting at a bank or financial service provider - A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Enterprise Risk is a must have Experience at one of the Big 4 is desirable. Experience in working with risk management tools (i.e. OneTrust, Service Now) and mapping tools (i.e. Bizagi, Visio) In-depth knowledge of MaRisk with a background in finance, payment service providers (ZAG) or credit institutions and financial service providers. Strong team player, reliable, and highly self-motivated. Ability to understand complex issues and communicate them clearly to different audiences. Independent, structured, quality- and goal-oriented work style with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
