Your Role As Finance Manager Global Tax you hold a specialized role within the finance and accounting team who focuses on managing global tax responsibilities for our organization. This role involves overseeing the tax planning, compliance, and reporting functions on a global scale. Your direct reporting line is the Group Head of Finance. Your Responsibilities Supporting and implementing global tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.Ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the organization operates.Managing tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities around the world in conjunction with local tax advisor.Providing guidance and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters.Analyzing the tax implications of business transactions and advising on tax-efficient structures.Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations globally and advising on potential impact to the organization.General collaborating and management of external tax advisors and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.Liaison with Deutsche Börse Group tax department.Liaison with tax auditors. Your Profile Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration/Accounting.Experience of minimum > 8 years in the financial services sector with focusing on tax related topics ideally in an international environment.Understanding of international tax laws and regulations.Strong analytic skills with attention to detail.Problem solving skills.Very good German and English language skills (in writing and verbal).Ability to work under pressure (fixed deadlines, ad-hoc tasks).Team player.Entrepreneurial mindset.
