While you won’t manage people directly, you will act as a technical leader, mentor, and trusted advisor, guiding others through expertise, collaboration, and influence.Key Responsibilities:Lead product & market analytics: Analyze trading algorithm performance, market behavior, and system optimization to drive measurable business impact and enhance overall product performance.Drive strategic insights: Partner with leadership on data-driven decision-making, providing actionable recommendations that shape Entrix’s product roadmap and business priorities.Mentor & lead: Guide and support analysts and peers through mentorship and technical leadership, fostering a culture of analytical excellence without formal people managementAlign cross-functional analytics: Coordinate analytics efforts across teams, ensuring consistent methodologies, clear ownership, and effective collaboration across product, engineering, data science, and commercial domains.Enable data-driven learning: Develop and maintain analytics frameworks, KPIs, and tooling.
