Job Description This is a remote position. Our partner, a Swiss B-Corp company based in Yverdon-les-Bains, offers innovative robotic solutions to reduce the impact of agricultural activities on the planet. We develop ultra-precise spraying technologies equipped with artificial intelligence, enabling farmers to drastically reduce the use of chemicals in their fields. Join our dynamic and international team, and together, let's make agriculture more sustainable Our partner is growing fast To continue our mission, we are looking for our next: Requirements Communicate with customers and visit them to obtain orders, Lead and support the Ecorobotix dealer network, Train partners, Propose improvements to the partner network, Resolve any sales issues, Develop sales initiatives, Manage the order process, sales pipeline, and forecasts, Assess customer creditworthiness, communicate price lists and terms, and propose improvements to the price list, Promote and participate in regional trade shows and customer demonstrations, operate our machines during demonstrations, Generate content for our marketing team, Various tasks in strategy and product management, such as: mapping, contacting, and following up with the relevant authorities for product approval and freedom to operate; mapping, contacting, and following up with the relevant authorities for the allocation of subsidies; developing a specific weeding strategy (which crop? which area?); validating crop business cases using field information; Market/Competition/New Features Report Request for Information. Qualifications Master's degree in sales and/or agronomy, or a related field. Excellent knowledge of English and German (spoken and written). Experience/Technical Skills 3+ years of experience in sales or consulting for hardware devices. Agronomic knowledge related to weed control in field crops is a plus. Leadership and General Skills Excellent communication and leadership skills, willingness to build relationships with customers. High degree of independence, reliability, and initiative. Dedicated individual with systematic, goal-oriented work methods. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with clear and consistent communication. Ability to influence without authority. Rigorous, pragmatic, and highly empathetic. Dynamic, independent, curious, and a team player. 20%–30% travel to commercial areas.
