Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your worldResponsibilities:Oversee and develop the sustainable business growth for the defined Klüber regions and accounts in a strategic approachCoach and guide the speakpartners in the defined Klüber regions to define the regional business strategy and achieve the business objectives of rail industryManage the key global accounts to continuously enhance the strategic collaborations in terms of gaining the approvals, initial fillings, and new business opportunities to enlarge the share of KlüberManage and optimize the product portfolio for rail to ensure the competitiveness and profitability e.g., product innovation, portfolio optimization, promotional campaigns, product complaints, etc.Act as a strong expert for the assigned submarket segments and applications, deliver the regular technical and business related trainings to the sales team and key accounts in the Klüber regionsOrganize the marketing activities and events for rail industry in global level and support the marketing activities / events in regional level to keep the market image and reputations for Klüber in Rail IndustryQualifications:Science/ technology degree (mechanical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, etc.) or equivalent skills acquired in practice of 3-5 years, master degree in business management desiredExperiences in relevant mechanical engineering, chemistry, tribology, lubrication systems, services, experiences in rail industry highly desired, experiences in specialty lubrication highly desiredExperiences in international sales, product marketing, business development, or technical sales support with very good international and interculture oriented mindset highly desiredHigh level of self-motivation and willingness to learn and very open to teamwork with colleagues from cross functions and different hierarchies both internal and externalEnglish skills mandatory, German desiredTeam player with excellent networking and communication skills, willing to travel internationally (approximate 25%)Very open to new things, capable of working in a complex environment keeping a high motivation levelResilient profile, able to cope with stress and challenges
