Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager Investor Relations (m/f/d), you act as the central interface between the company and the capital markets. You contribute to highlighting the company’s value perspective and strengthening trust among investors and analysts.Your main responsibilities include:Communication with Investors and AnalystsMaintain and expand relationships with existing and potential investorsOrganize and conduct conferences, analyst meetings, and roadshowsRespond to inquiries and prepare presentations for investors and financial analystsPreparation of Financial ReportsPrepare regular corporate and financial reports (e.g., quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports)Ensure financial reporting complies with regulatory requirements and is transparent as well as consistent with corporate strategySupport the preparation of annual financial statements and the communication of key financial figuresMarket and Competitor AnalysisMonitor and analyze financial markets and relevant sectorsPrepare market and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-makingTrack share price developments and identify market trendsStrategic AdvisoryAdvise management and the executive board on capital market strategyDevelop and implement investor relations strategies to strengthen the company’s image in the capital markets and the publicCommunicate proactively about corporate developments, financial figures, and strategic decisionsRegulatory Compliance and Corporate GovernanceEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements in investor relations and corporate governanceCollaborate closely with the legal department and finance team to meet legal and regulatory obligationsQualificationsDegree in economics, finance, business administration, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communicationsSolid knowledge of financial markets, company valuation, and regulatory requirements in capital marketsExperience with financial software and common analytical toolsFluent German and English skills, both written and spokenExcellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex financial information clearlyStrong initiative, analytical thinking, and a keen sense for strategic communication measuresApplications from people with severe disabilities are welcomeAdditional InformationReady to take your career to the next level?
