Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. In the fiscal year 2024 the business areas, which now belong to AUMOVIO, generated sales of 19.6 billion Euro. The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager Investor Relations (m/f/d), you act as the central interface between the company and the capital markets. You contribute to highlighting the company's value perspective and strengthening trust among investors and analysts.
Your main responsibilities include:
Communication with Investors and Analysts
Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential investors
Organize and conduct conferences, analyst meetings, and roadshows
Respond to inquiries and prepare presentations for investors and financial analysts
Preparation of Financial Reports
Prepare regular corporate and financial reports (e.g., quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports)
Ensure financial reporting complies with regulatory requirements and is transparent as well as consistent with corporate strategy
Support the preparation of annual financial statements and the communication of key financial figures
Market and Competitor Analysis
Monitor and analyze financial markets and relevant sectors
Prepare market and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-making
Track share price developments and identify market trends
Strategic Advisory
Advise management and the executive board on capital market strategy
Develop and implement investor relations strategies to strengthen the company's image in the capital markets and the public
Communicate proactively about corporate developments, financial figures, and strategic decisions
Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in investor relations and corporate governance
Collaborate closely with the legal department and finance team to meet legal and regulatory obligations
Degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications
Solid knowledge of financial markets, company valuation, and regulatory requirements in capital markets
Experience with financial software and common analytical tools
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
Strong initiative, analytical thinking, and a keen sense for strategic communication measures
