Sie werden für die Geschäftsentwicklung einer Auswahl von Lebensmittelzutaten in verschiedenen Branchen der Lebensmittelindustrie verantwortlich sein. Tasks Verantwortlichkeiten als Technical Sales Manager Entwicklung einer Handels- und Produktstrategie für bestimmte Inhaltsstoffe Analyse des Marktes und der Produktpalette unserer Lieferanten, um neue Potenziale zu finden Aufbau einer engen Beziehung zu unseren Lieferanten und Kunden Besuche bei Kunden, Analyse ihrer Bedürfnisse, Erstellung von Wertvorschlägen Teilnahme an Produktionsversuchen beim Kunden / Durchführung von Versuchen im kleinen Maßstab in der Anwendungsküche Projektmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Customer Service Manager Ausrichtung der Verkaufsstrategie für die Produktgruppen der Lieferanten mit Hilfe der Categorie Manager Au und des Country Managers Requirements Anforderungen Master-Abschluss in Lebensmitteltechnologie (oder ähnlich) mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie (Produktion/Verkauf) bevorzugt Fähigkeit zur Lösung technologischer Probleme und Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Lebensmittelprodukten außergewöhnlich gute Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Reisebereitschaft sehr gut organisiert, zuverlässig, positiv denkend sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (fließend in Wort und Schrift) Benefits Wir bieten Arbeiten in einem internationalen Team mit schlanken Strukturen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit marktführenden, innovativen Lieferanten mit hervorragenden Produkten Regelmäßige Produkt- und Anwendungsschulungen in unserem LAB ein attraktives Vergütungspaket, das Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation entspricht.
