Deine Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten Du berätst und betreust internationale Private Equity- und Venture Capital Fondsbeteiligungen inländischer Anleger im Rahmen der laufenden Tax Compliance.Du ermittelst den steuerlichen Gewinn von Personengesellschaften und erstellst Feststellungserklärungen für die GesellschafterDu prüfst Investitionsstrukturen der Private Equity-Fonds und beurteilst diese nach deutschem SteuerrechtDu berätst die Investoren über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der InvestmentsAktuelle Entwicklungen des Steuerrechts analysierst und beurteilst du eigenständigDu betreust Mandate selbständig und eigenverantwortlich und bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für deine MandantenDu bildest Dich regelmäßig weiter und besuchst passende in- und externe Fort- und WeiterbildungenDu übernimmst gerne Verantwortung in unserem Team und bist vertrauensvolle:r Ansprechpartner:in Teile Dein Talent mit uns Du kannst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften mit steuerrechtlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (w/m/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (w/m/d) vorweisen und solltest möglichst das Steuerberaterexamen abgelegt habenDu verfügst über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, in der Finanzverwaltung oder in der Steuerabteilung eines international tätigen Konzerns und hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der laufenden Betreuung von Personengesellschaften, idealerweise im Zusammenhang mit geschlossenen Fondsstrukturen (Private Equity, Venture Capital, u.ä.)Du denkst nicht in Problemen, sondern gehst jede neue Herausforderung lösungsorientiert anDie Kommunikation mit Mandant:innen, die Verantwortung von Projekten und die fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung im Team bereitet dir FreudeDu verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch- und Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse
