Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced DMS (Document Management Services) Scanning Center Manager (SCM) to join our new DMS team in Cologne.In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the process group to fulfill business objectives and ensure long-term business continuity.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Provide strategic direction and lead the production and internal service teams at the Cologne location, including direct and indirect personnel responsibility.Internal & External Collaboration and Escalation: Act as a key interface to the sales field service, other locations, the Works Council (), and corporate staff departments (IT, HR, Finance, Customer Service, PM, Sales). You will also handle internal and external escalations.Customer Satisfaction & Global Standards: Ensure high customer satisfaction.
