Director Framework Development

What you can expect As Director of Framework Development, you will lead strategic initiatives and multiple teams and oversee the development and maintenance of a framework for software solutions. This role requires a visionary leader who cultivates talent, strengthens interdisciplinary collaboration, and drives technology advancements.You will have strategic leadership and manage the Framework Development department to achieve both technical and business-oriented technological goals.You will foster departmental development, mentor and develop high performing teams and ensure a positive work environment due to your supportive and cross-functional nature of the department.You enable seamless interactions between the framework and product development teams and improved cross-functional workflows for all digital teams within the DKV Group.Lead the implementation of robust, modular and service-oriented software architectures and position yourself for the future.You manage the department's tech stack to ensure it remains stable, pioneering and efficient.You achieve your operational goals, manage budgets and supplier contracts and ensure that services are delivered within the agreed deadlines.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and mutual benefit.
