About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to be a close sparring partner for our business functions and production sites in Germany. This strategic role will work closely with site leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, support operational goals, and lead a versatile set of HR-related initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Business Partnering:Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership on all people-related mattersDrive HR strategies aligned with business goals for manufacturing/production operations and business functionsPartner with functional leaders to build workforce capabilities, enhance performance, support change initiatives and leadership developmentEmployee Lifecycle Management:Oversee all HR processes from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding in strong collaboration with our internal People Operations and Talent Acquisition teamsDrive HR initiatives along the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to employee development plans, performance reviews & calibrations, promotions, organizational restructuring, internal mobility, and succession planningEnsure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies together with our People Operations teamAnalyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvementLabor Relations:Lead negotiation processes in line with German labor law (workers‘ council knowledge required)Ensure legal compliance and proactively mitigate risks related to employee relationsEssential SkillsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsStrong negotiation, execution skills and solution orientationStrategic thinking combined with hands-on operational executionFluent in German and English (written and spoken)Strong organizational and project management skillsHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalismYour ProfileDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum 7–10 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environmentA strong track record in having advised scaling organizations in a tech-savvy environmentProven experience working closely with Workers’ Councils (Betriebsrat) in Germany and in leading co-determination processesStrong knowledge of German labor law What we offerA dynamic high-tech company combined with financial soundness and world-class investors.Join an interdisciplinary, international team with 60+ different nationalities in a collaborative work environment.Lots of development opportunities in the context of our continued growth.Challenging tasks and impactful projects alongside experts that enable professional and personal growth.Corporate Benefits Program that covers health, mobility, and learning with 100€ net per month.Modern office facilities with a rooftop terrace overlooking Munich, free drinks & fruits, and regular company events contribute to a good working environment.About usAgile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 2300 employees worldwide.
