Über unsIhre AufgabenGlobale Supply-Chain-Projekte: Leitung internationaler Projekte zur Verbesserung und Optimierung von Supply-Chain-Prozessen in der Business Unit Flat Glass – inkl. Kundenintegration, IT-Automatisierung und abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.Prozessoptimierung & -harmonisierung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung schlanker (lean) Prozesskonzepte in Abstimmung mit lokalen Supply Chain Managern, Corporate IT und externen Partnern. Sicherstellung der nachhaltigen Implementierung und messbaren Ergebnisse.Governance & Digitalisierung: Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Vision einer Supply Chain 4.0 im Hinblick auf Standardisierung, Digitalisierung, Automatisierung der globalen Prozesse unter Einsatz von geeigneten Tools und SAP.Kennzahlen & Schulungen: Definition und Implementierung globaler KPIs, Überwachung der Zielerreichung und Prozessstabilität. Weiterentwicklung der Supply Chain Academy (Definition von Schulungsbedarf und Erarbeitung von Schulungen ). Durchführung von Prozessaudits zur Sicherstellung einheitlicher Standards weltweit.Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Unterstützung der Business Unit bei der Definition und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Supply-Chain-Strategie (SC 4.0).Ihr ProfilErfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieur- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches StudiumMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, in der Produktion (Lean, Fertigungssteuerung)Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung (z. B.
