At the headquarter in Osnabrück, we are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible for a
Management Assistant (m/w/d)
Your Tasks:
supporting the management in administrative and organisational matters
participation in the optimisation of company processes and workflows
general communication within the Mitsubishi - Group (especially towards Japan)
Responsibility for the organisation of internal/external audits as well as creating, updating and managing work instructions, guidelines and standards
internal contact person (m/w/d) for IT-related questions in close cooperation with our external IT service provider
processing of insurance topics and collaboration on special tasks and projects
Your Profile:
professional experience in a comparable position
IT affinity, very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience in working with ERP systems (ideally SAP or BC)
fluent in written and spoken German and English is essential
ideally knowledge of Japanese
independent, analytical and structured way of working paired with very good communication and expression skills
high service orientation and the willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics
