Job Title: S&OP Business PartnerOverview of Job Responsibilities:About the PositionIn this exciting role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. As the S&OP Business Partner, you will leverage your expertise to drive strategic business outcomes and improve overall organizational efficiency.Key accountabilities include:• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions,• Collaborating with the S&OP team to design, implement, and maintain effective S&OP processes and tools,• Analyzing business data to identify areas for process improvement and providing recommendations to senior leadership,• Communicating changes and updates to stakeholders and ensuring smooth transition of new processes,• Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing process improvements,• Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements,• Providing coaching and guidance to team members on S&OP best practices.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:• Extensive experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or Supply Chain Planning in a complex/global organization,• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders,• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and software,• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,• Fluency in English language is required.About Our CompanyWe are committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
