Founded in Switzerland, the company is building an international network of premium locations in centrally situated properties in global metropolises.

As an Ambassadors Club Manager (m/f/d), you are the primary point of contact for our  guests and members, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for from the very beginning.  You organize the Ambassadors Club with passion and attention to detail from A to Z. You  serve as the central connection between our guests and internal teams, acting as a discreet  problem solver who is always hands-on and keeps calm under pressure.

• Warmly welcome our guests and assist them with any concerns they may have.
• Organize events within the Ambassadors Club, lead property tours, and coordinate bespoke services such as restaurant reservations, local recommendations, and special in-house requests.
• Leverage your knowledge of Hamburg to build connections between our guests and the local scene, whether it be cultural events, F&B recommendations, or unique experiences.
• Act as the interface between our guests and internal teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and exceptional service is provided. You are hands-on and provide cross-team support as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Act quickly and discreetly to resolve any potential issues, ensuring guests and members feel well-cared-for.

• You have experience in a similar role and love bringing smiles to people’s faces.
• You have a keen sense of your guests' needs and go the extra mile to fulfill them.
• You know Hamburg and its surroundings inside out and can provide valuable insider tips.
• You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• You maintain an overview even in busy moments and are flexible in responding to individual needs.
• You remain professional, friendly, and calm in challenging situations, handling everything with discretion.

• We are open to flexible working time models as long as they are operationally feasible. However, this position is full-time and requires the willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
