Founded in Switzerland, the company is building an international network of  premium locations in centrally situated properties in global metropolises.

As an Ambassadors Club Host & Service (m/f/d) with  us, you will actively contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests and  members. Whether in the café/concept store or the exclusive Ambassadors Club, you  ensure that everyone feels welcome and enjoys first-class service. With your friendly  demeanor and passion for hospitality, you are the heart of our unique atmosphere.

• Create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for our guests and members.
• Work in our modern café/concept store as well as in the exclusive Ambassadors  Club, which offers a unique combination of co-working, social events, and well-being experiences. 
• Serve high-quality food and beverages to our guests, advise them on our product offerings, and ensure an unforgettable customer experience. 
• Support the members and guests of the Ambassadors Club, prepare areas for co-working or events, and ensure that everyone feels comfortable. 
• Assist with organizing and executing club events and well-being offerings, always being ready to support our guests. 
• Be knowledgeable about our F&B and concept store offerings, and provide enthusiastic answers and recommendations to guests.
• Always be approachable, respond flexibly to individual requests, and ensure that all guests and members feel at home with your friendly nature.

• You have experience in the hospitality industry, in a café, restaurant, or a comparable position, and know how to delight guests.
• You communicate professionally and warmly with both guests and team members, always being reliable and helpful. 
• You are fluent in both German and English; additional language skills are a plus. 
• You have a strong interest in high-quality food, beverages, and design, and bring your enthusiasm into interactions with guests. 
• Even in a dynamic environment, you maintain an overview and are ready to actively contribute in the café/store and the Ambassadors Club. 
• You enjoy working as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collegial work atmosphere.

• Flexible working time models as long as they are operationally feasible. However, for this position, we expect a minimum of 20 hours per week and the willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings – always within the framework of legal guidelines.
