Job TitleCognex is a global leader in machine vision, with annual revenue approaching $1 billion.We value team collaboration and offer remote flexibility up to two days a week.We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to cover HR activities and work with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.Main responsibilities include:Partnering with business leaders for workforce planning and performance managementSupporting organizational design and structure for talent optimizationDriving productivity through ongoing performance discussions and coachingFacilitating clear performance objectives and overseeing timely evaluationsAdditional responsibilities include:Identifying and addressing structural barriers to achieving strategic initiativesRevising organizational designs and resource allocation to support business goalsCreating a change-ready culture and using data to predict and planIdentifying high-potential employees and creating tailored development plansDriving employee engagement through feedback, recognition, and continuous improvementPromoting positive employee relations and enhancing retention strategiesCollaborating with the recruitment team to attract top talentWe are looking for an individual who can drive positive change and growth within our organization.This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders and employees at all levels.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
