Our team members are encouraged to share their ideas, knowing that the next groundbreaking concept could come from anywhere within the organization.We seek an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to oversee top-tier automotive key accounts, focusing on our Adobe Experience Cloud business. This role can be based in one of our offices or remotely, offering flexibility while requiring adaptability.As a trusted business advisor, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within dedicated large accounts in Germany by crafting compelling propositions aligned with client objectives. To thrive in our dynamic environment, you must be curious, agile, and adept at navigating complex situations.You will collaborate closely with customers to drive value from existing investments and position them for growth with new Adobe technologies.You will align with supporting teams across CSMs, solution consultants, enterprise architects, digital strategy, marketing, inside sales, and more.You will lead client engagement, support a clear value framework, communicate effectively with c-level executives, and facilitate relationships across client and company teams.You will generate net-new revenue through strategic sales initiatives.You will work collaboratively with Partners, Consulting, and SCs.You will collect and share customer references and value metrics per vertical and segment.You will drive marketing activities and PR initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.You will demonstrate expertise in value selling.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Proven experience in enterprise software sales (complex platform/multi-solution value selling) within the automotive industry.A track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.Success in selling to executives, VP, and/or "C" level – preferably CMO/Digital Leaders.Experience in acquiring key client contacts.An entrepreneurial mindset, constantly developing new business opportunities and crafting proposals that result in positive outcomes.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal and written).The ability to maintain efficiency and work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments.Proficiency in German and English is required.
