Job Title: Lead Construction Engineer

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Construction Engineer to oversee and manage all phases of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction engineering, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and construction staff.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in construction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Significant experience in construction engineering (typically 5+ years), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
