Team Horizon is seeking a skilled Site Engineer - CSA to lead construction projects in Frankfurt, Germany. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring that all works are completed in line with project specifications and building regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager/Senior Engineer with day-to-day site management, including RFIs, Submittals, and Design Team Workshops.

• Implement quality control measures, ensuring compliance with the BCAR plan.

• Understand the short-term program, providing necessary documents and information for the Project Team and Sub-contractors.

• Support the Project Manager/Contracts Manager in ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Collaborate with the Project Team to identify information gaps, develop solutions, and rectify issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and supply chain.

Requirements:

• Third-level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of construction techniques, including set out, survey, and level, with an understanding of temporary works coordination.

• Strong numeracy and record-keeping skills, excellent organizational ability.

• Understanding of project planning and programming.

• Ability to make informed decisions and know when to escalate.

• Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office, Project, or similar scheduling packages.
