Project Development Director (Renewables)
The office is based in Hamburg however candidates from other major cities will be considered
Mostly office based work (Hybrid) with occasional travel to the Hamburg office / sites
€90,000 - €120,000 + Bonuses or Stock Options Bonus (D.O.E) + Company Benefits

As a Project Developer, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and implementation of renewables projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company whilst also having the ability to implement ideas and be autonomous in nature.
Working directly with the CEO and other members of the board, I know they have big goals for Germany and really value this persons contributions. The company started as a small energy developer in the Netherlands now have multiple utility-scale solar parks across Germany, France and Netherlands.
The Role:
- Supporting or leading the development of renewable energy projects
- Applying for permits, feed-in tariffs, and/or power purchase agreements
- Creating contracts for co-development, land leasing, PPAs, etc.
- Building and leading a small team of project developers for growth in Germany
The Person:
- Must have Grid Connection experience and knowledge within Renewables
- Must have relevant Project Developer experience - you will either be a Manager looking to step up into a Director role or an already established Director
- Looking for a unique opportunity to play a key role within an already impressive business
