As a Remarketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing the entire lifecycle of our leased vehicles. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our remarketing process is efficient, effective, and aligns with our company's standards and goals. You are the executing force of logistics, refurbishment, pricing and procurement.

Tasks
  • Coordinate the logistics for vehicle pick-ups, checks as well as customer deliveries
  • Facilitate timely decisions on vehicle refurbishment, pricing and sales channel allocation
  • Responsible for the regular, accurate, timely reporting on all aspects of the remarketing department to the Remarketing Manager
  • Ensure high standards for our listings on different platforms
  • Support managing B2B buyer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and help optimizing remarketing processes
  • Coordinate Invoicing with the Finance Team
  • Manage inbound requests from customers and facilitate Test Drives
  • Participate in kickoffs, team events, and workshops
Requirements
  • Experience in an operational role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Driven personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience is beneficial
  • Excellent collaborative and communication abilities
  • Open, honest, transparent, and trustworthy
  • English and German are a must, French is a plus
  • Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus
  • Minimum of 12 months of general work experience in the respective field
  • Valid Driver's Licence category B
