Automotive Remarketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Remarketing Specialist to join our team of 50 enthusiastic and talented people from different nationalities. As a user-first company, our office in Zürich, Switzerland, is always buzzing with discussions about what's best for our customers, experiments we could run, and how to measure their impact.

• Coordinate logistics for vehicle pick-ups, checks, and customer deliveries
• Facilitate timely decisions on vehicle refurbishment, pricing, and sales channel allocation
• Responsible for regular, accurate, and timely reporting on all aspects of the remarketing department to the Remarketing Manager
• Ensure high standards for our listings on different platforms
• Support managing B2B buyer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams and help optimize remarketing processes
• Coordinate invoicing with the Finance Team
• Manage inbound requests from customers and facilitate test drives
• Participate in kickoffs, team events, and workshops

• Experience in an operational role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Driven personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience is beneficial
• Excellent collaborative and communication abilities
• Open, honest, transparent, and trustworthy
• English and German are a must, French is a plus
• Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus
• Minimum of 12 months of general work experience in the respective field
• Valid Driver's Licence category B
