Sales Manager - Chromatography/HPLC/LCMS

An exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals to join our team as a Sales Manager in the field of Chromatography/HPLC/LCMS.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our field sales team and drive revenue growth in the analytical chemistry industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a field sales team to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of commercial sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Commercial acumen in analytical chemistry, metrology, or rheology industry preferred.
  • Fluency in German and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
