About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Attraction and Acquisition efforts in EMEA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, driving, and reviewing our EMEA Talent Attraction and Acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Attraction and Acquisition strategy for EMEA, aligned with our business objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent across EMEA.
- Collaborate with local HR teams, business centers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of Talent Attraction and Acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Talent Attraction and Acquisition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with external market trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to inform our Talent Attraction and Acquisition strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences).
- Several years of experience in Talent Attraction and Acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a complex, international environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building, engaging, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and convince various stakeholders, including executives.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
