As an IT Consultant at much. GmbH, you will lead challenging projects involving the implementation and ongoing development of complex IT solutions. You will join a driven and ambitious team of problem solvers who thrive on personal responsibility and seek professionalism without rigid structures.
Key Responsibilities- Take on an expert role for complex IT solutions and processes in various fields, including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services, or Finance.
- Independently conduct and manage IT implementation projects based on Odoo, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality results.
- Demonstrate consistent support to our customers as their initial point of contact throughout projects, adeptly handling escalations and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Steer the development of software customizations and internal products, driving innovation and excellence.
- Lead workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives for our customers, ensuring effective project execution and successful outcomes.
- At least 2 years of work experience with 1 year as an IT Consultant, ERP key user, or ERP Consultant.
- Experience with business IT and processes in any field, ideally Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS, or Finance.
- Higher education in a business or IT-related field.
- Very fast comprehension skills, analytical way of working, and high commitment.
- Passion for challenging projects and smart solutions.
- English and German language fluency of C1 is required.
