We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainable Solutions Expert to join our team at Predium. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions for sustainable and profitable real estate management, reducing building emissions and fighting climate change.

About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals who share our passion for making a positive impact on the environment. As a Sustainable Solutions Expert, you will work closely with our Product and Sales teams to implement scalable solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the long-term satisfaction and retention of customers through expert consultation and support.
  • Represent customer concerns internally and ensure their voice is always heard, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Become an expert in sustainability and real estate, educating companies on CO2 reduction targets, clean energy, and decarbonization.
  • Familiarize yourself intensively with our solution and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships within a rapidly-growing B2B software company or consulting.
  • A strong structured approach, excellent communication skills, and professionalism towards customers.
  • Fluency in German and English, with a high level of proficiency in one language and intermediate in the other.
  • Driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
