Chief Product Officer

- Oversee the assessment of residual values for automotive models in the European market, focusing on competitive benchmarking.
- Manage residual value initiatives throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle, including comprehensive market research and analysis.
- Assist in the enhancement and growth of the Certified Pre-Owned program across various European regions.
- Establish digital tools for the Online Customer Journey in the used car segment within targeted markets.
- Conduct reviews and analyses of trends in the used car market, while tracking the effectiveness of sales strategies implemented by the team.
- Identify and develop profitability opportunities in remarketing within the Hyundai framework, creating a centralized reporting tool for remarketing in key markets.
- Engage with essential stakeholders across the Hyundai ecosystem to foster relationships that support and manage improvement initiatives.
- Possess a degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
- Have at least 10 years of professional experience, with 3 to 5 years in a comparable role.
- Regional experience within Europe is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, and results-driven environment.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Show a strong sense of ownership in achieving desired results.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
