About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chief Pre-Owned Officer & Residual Values Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the residual values of vehicle models within the EU market, conducting competitor analysis, and developing strategies to optimize residual value activities throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze residual values of vehicle models in the EU market, including competitor analysis and market trend monitoring.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize residual value activities throughout the vehicle lifecycle, including evaluation of market studies and events.
  • Support the team in further developing and expanding the Certified Pre-Owned program across European markets.
  • Set up and implement digital Used Car Online Customer Journey tools in target markets.
  • Review and analyze used car market trends, including monitoring of progress of team sales strategies.
  • Develop remarketing profitability opportunities within the Hyundai environment and establish a centralized remarketing reporting tool in target markets.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Hyundai environment to advise and manage improvement projects.
About You:
  • You hold a degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in a similar position.
  • Prior regional European experience is highly preferred.
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented organization.
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You are able to demonstrate high levels of ownership to deliver required outcomes.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You are fluent in English.
