• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the balcony construction industry
• Provide expert advice and support to existing customers
• Develop and present customized proposals and quotations
• Negotiate and close deals with customers
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales channels

• Completed degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the metal construction or building industry
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of initiative and teamwork ability
• Willingness to travel within the sales region
