About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Validation (m/f/d) to join our team at IntegrityNext. As a key member of our Validation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of assessments from our suppliers, helping us to make our supply chains more sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of supplier responses in assessment forms
  • Test submitted certificates for accuracy and up-to-dateness
  • Enter results into our system and contribute to improving our validation processes
  • Communicate with suppliers and provide feedback on their assessments
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our validation processes

Requirements

  • Enrolled at a state-recognized university in Germany
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Motivation, team spirit, and independent working style
  • Quick comprehension and attention to detail
