Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzexperten, der unsere Gruppenfinanzen und -rechnungswesen leiten kann. Der Head of Group Finance und Accounting wird für die Führung des lokalen Accounting, Group Accounting und Guidance sowie Treasury an unserem Hauptsitz in Heidelberg verantwortlich sein.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung des lokalen Accounting, Group Accounting und Guidance sowie Treasury
  • Führung von 7-8 Mitarbeitenden
  • Sparringspartner des CFO
  • Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach HGB
  • Erstellung von konsolidierten Monatsabschlüssen und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Automatisierung der Prozesse im Konzernrechnungswesen
  • Harmonisierung von gruppenweiten Bewertungsstandards
  • Übernahme der konformen Umsatzrealisierung im Kontext der langfristigen Auftragsfertigung
  • Ansprechpartner für Ad-hoc-Berichterstattung bei Anfragen von Shareholdern, Geschäftsleitung und CFO
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Konsolidierung und Finance
  • Bau einer Spartenkonsolidierung mit Überleitung zur Konzernrechnungslegung
  • Proaktive Bilanzreviews und Wertsteigerungspotentiale im Unternehmensportfolio
  • Koordinierung der Optimierung zur Steuerquote und steuerlichen Ablaufprozessen
  • Optimierung lokaler Accounting-Prozesse und Einführung von Standards
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Buchungsqualität
  • Bau des Bereichs Treasury und Entwicklung des weltweiten Cash-Pooling-Prozesses
Voraussetzungen
  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium der Fachrichtung BWL, Accounting, Finanz- und Rechnungslegung
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Steuerberater
  • Umfassende Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen mit eigener Wertschöpfungstiefe oder bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mit Industriefokus
  • Routiniert im Umgang mit SAP-Anwendungen, MS-Office und Konsolidierungswerkzeugen
  • Affinität zu IT-Prozessen
  • Verhandlungssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Hohe Kommunikationssicherheit und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gelegentliche Dienstreisen zu unseren Standorten
