As a Geriatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• **Promoting Life Satisfaction**: Provide individual, holistic, and activating care and support to geriatric patients.
• **Determining Care Needs**: Assess the care needs of geriatric patients and carry out area-specific basic and treatment care.
• **Medication Management**: Work closely with doctors and therapists to manage medication.
• **Patient Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for patients, family members, and doctors.
• **Documentation**: Document activities in the care report in a timely and orderly manner.
• **Collaboration**: Work positively with other professional groups and support colleagues on-site.

We are looking for a Geriatric Nurse Specialist who:

• **Has Experience**: Completed training as a certified geriatric nurse or healthcare and nursing professional.
