- Experience in geriatric care or gerontopsychiatry
- Empathy, openness, and enthusiasm for working with people
- Availability for shift work, agreed upon individually
- Excellent German language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Flexibility, reliability, and high sense of responsibility
- You will support the well-being of your assigned geriatric patients through individualized, holistic, and activating care and support
- You will assess the care needs of your assigned geriatric patients and provide basic and treatment care
- You will be responsible for medication administration, in consultation with doctors and therapists
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, family members, and doctors
- You will document your activities accurately and in a timely manner in the care report
- You will work collaboratively with other professionals and support your colleagues on site
