HR Administrator Germany

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee records, both electronic and physical
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and employee references
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with the preparation and execution of the monthly payroll
- Manage employee absences, such as vacations and sick leave
- Act as the point of contact for employees regarding employment contracts, payroll issues, and employee benefits
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs
- Prepare documents and work materials for new employees
- Maintain HR software systems, entering and updating employee data
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable data protection regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in an HR role, preferably in an administrative setting
- Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
- Experience of working in an organization with an overseas Head Office
- Basic understanding of labor law and payroll
- Able to work in cross-cultural environments
- Fluent language skills in German and English (written & spoken)
