About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer Lithography to join our team at Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Dresden GmbH. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and quality of our lithography equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned and unplanned maintenance tasks on lithography equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct independent and proactive fault analysis and resolution on electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, working closely with internal and external service partners.
- Develop and implement qualification procedures for equipment and personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure high machine availability and equipment stability through the application of methods such as Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance activities, including procedures and checklists.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Technical education or training in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of complex technical equipment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of production and maintenance processes, including SPC and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Working Conditions
This role will be based in our new 6:4 shift model, with 6 days of work followed by 4 days of rest.
