Industrial Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, electronic, and mechanical components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive actions in accordance with specified maintenance procedures and safety regulations to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Equipment Installation and Conversion: Install new equipment and convert existing equipment to meet changing business needs.
- Equipment Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training to shift personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and transparent records of maintenance activities.
- Education: Skilled worker degree in electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a related field.
- Skills: High sense of quality and responsibility, independent and goal-oriented work style, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Experience: Willingness to work shifts and in a clean room environment.
